Cupping has been used since ancient times to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being as a type of deep tissue massage that is done through the suction that is created by the cups. Cupping can also aid in breaking down scar tissue that has created a decrease in range of motion.

Medical Neuro-Acupuncture
This is a contemporary Acupuncture that uses both traditional medicine and conventional medicine neurology knowledge. This can be used for many musculoskeletal conditions such as tendonitis, decreased range of motion, and much more. The needles can be placed for a short period of time, or be used to dry needle a knot or trigger point by stimulating and moving the needle to release the tissue.

Reiki means universal energy. It is a contemporary form of energy therapy. Reiki can be done with a hands on or hands off approach that can promote healing and general wellness. This form of therapy promotes balance in a persons life force

Kellie has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist for 7 years. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2016. She continues to seek educational opportunities to build on her skills as a therapist, allowing her to provide a variety of therapy options to her clients. Kellie offers General Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage. Medical Neuro-Acupuncture, and Reiki.
Kellie is currently studying to achieve her diploma to be a Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist.
